You have the right to direct ECMBA not to sell or share your personal information to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes. This right is guaranteed under the CCPA and similar privacy regulations. When you exercise this right, we will stop selling or sharing your personal data and will only use it for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy.

2. What Does "Sell" Mean?

Under the CCPA, "selling" personal information is defined broadly. • Retain your opt-out preference for at least 12 months unless you request otherwise

6. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. When submitting a request through an authorized agent, we may require verification of the agent's authority and your identity. We will not require you to create an account with ECMBA to submit an opt-out request.

7. Right to Know and Delete

In addition to the right to opt out, you also have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

8. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. This means we will not:

• Deny you services or membership
• Charge different prices or rates
• Provide a different level or quality of service
• Suggest that you will receive different treatment

However, we may offer certain financial incentives permitted by law that are reasonably related to the value of your data.
