We welcome submissions from talented artists across all genres and creative disciplines. To submit for consideration, please send an email to music@ecmba.com with the subject line "Artist Submission." Include a brief biography, links to your best work (streaming platforms, social media, portfolio), and a short statement about your goals and why you believe ECMBA is the right home for your career. Our A&R team reviews all submissions and typically responds within 6-8 weeks.

We offer worldwide shipping to over 80 countries, with standard delivery taking 7-14 business days and express delivery available for most major markets within 3-5 business days. All orders are tracked, and customers receive a confirmation email with tracking details once their order is dispatched. Early bird tickets for major events typically sell out quickly, so we encourage signing up for our newsletter to receive advance notice of ticket release dates. The ECMBA Youth Empowerment Fund is open to young Africans aged 16-25 with demonstrated creative talent in music, fashion, film, visual art, or media production. Applications are accepted annually, with the submission window typically open from April to June. To apply, visit ecmba.com/youth-fund and complete the online application form, which requires a creative portfolio, a personal statement, and two references. Scholarship, mentorship, and grant tracks have separate requirements detailed on the application page. Notifications for the inaugural 2026 cohort will be sent in August 2026.
